- Ensure all guest‑facing spaces reflect Fairmont’s luxury standards, including furniture arrangement, lighting checks, and scent control
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and guest supplies in public restrooms and spa areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests, offering warm, professional, and anticipatory service
- Support VIP arrivals and events, ensuring public spaces are immaculate and guest‑ready
- Report maintenance issues immediately, ensuring all public areas remain in perfect condition
- Assist with deep‑cleaning schedules, including carpets, marble, glass, and high‑touch surfaces
