PTP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist

Location: Petaling Jaya (MY). Finance.

The PTP Content & Vendor Master Data Specialist supports GBDS Asia by executing daily operational activities with accuracy and efficiency. This role ensures timely resolution of Coupa integration issues and maintains high data quality across Coupa catalogs, webforms, SAP contracts, and vendor master data in line with SLA requirements. The position drives standardized workflows and best practices, while collaborating closely with OpCos, GBDS PTP Operations, Excellence teams, Coupa support, IT, and EGRC to ensure smooth and compliant business operations.

What we ask

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PTP (Procure-to-Pay), preferably within a GBDS/GBS environment in an international company
• Good understanding of procurement processes and systems
