A Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients utilizing established policies and procedures, ensuring safe and effective care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to identify and meet the individualized needs of all patients served. The Physical therapist is under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Manager.

Ability to float between inpatient Rehabilitation unit and Subacute units.

Current California PT license

Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association....
