Position Summary

This role is for a Psychologist within the Calgary Board of Education (CBE) at GradeIV with a salary range of$58.32–$76.63 per hour ($89,812.80–$118,010.20 annually). The position is open with multiple full‑time equivalents available.

Responsibilities

1. I. Screening and Prioritizing of Psychological Referrals
   • Consults and collaborates with school personnel and/or parents (e.g., school resource group meetings, team meetings, pod meetings).
   • Conducts direct classroom observation of students.
   • Gathers pertinent information from other disciplines.
   • Identifies needs of children and/or school communities.
2. II. Assessment
   • Conducts assessments using structured and unstructured psycho‑diagnostic techniques and instruments.
