Job Description
- This facility needs a Mission-driven Psychiatrist seeking clinical autonomy, thoughtful pacing, and meaningful impact working with individuals and families
- Deliver psychiatric care in community-based settings where relationship-driven, recovery-oriented care is the priority - not volume.
- This is a full-time outpatient role embedded within multidisciplinary teams in the Bronx and Manhattan, with protected time for collaboration, learning, and professional development.• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 (35 hours/week plus lunch)• Low caseloads and minimal documentation burden, allowing adequate time per patient• High level of clinical autonomy and creativity within a recovery-oriented care model• Opportunities to teach, supervise trainees, and develop trainings • Competitive salary, excellent health and dental benefits, malpractice coverage
