Summary:


The Psychiatric Technician provides therapeutic care for people with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual disorders. The Psychiatric Technician functions within the multidisciplinary treatment team under the supervision of professional staff. Psychiatric Technicians assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal care, and aid in recovery with a focus on social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Responsibilities:


+ Monitors patients' physical and emotional well-being and reports changes in behavior or physical ailments to professional staff.
