POSITION SUMMARY

The Lifespan Psychiatric APRN provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults. This role collaborates with an integrated care team to support whole-person health and improve outcomes across the lifespan. The provider will function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and may provide services within one or more Wheeler programs, and the relative concentration between programs may change with the needs of the agency.



Other staff on-site include: Primary Care providers, Medical Assistants, Care Management staff, front desk staff and behavioral health staff.
