    Job Description

  • Contribute to the development of telephony-related policies and procedures.Audit and review PSTN lines across multiple sites
  • Identify, document and validate telephony location, usage and ownership
  • Engage with site contacts, stakeholders and third-party suppliers
  • Maintain accurate telecoms asset records and reporting
  • Support migration, configuration and maintenance of IP telephony
  • Perform basic networking tasks, patching and connectivity checks
  • Configure and troubleshoot IP phones and related devices
  • Identify opportunities to rationalise and optimise services
