Labcorp is seeking a **Bilingual Phlebotomist** to join our team at Esperanza 63rd Vida-Esperanza Health Center: 4058 W. 63rd Street, Chicago, IL. 60629

**Work Schedule:** Mon-Thurs 8:00am-4:30pm, 1st & 3rd Thursday 11:30am-6pm Friday 7:30am-4pm, Rotating Saturdays 7:30-2

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
+ Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
+ Process billing information and collect payments when required
+ Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
+ Maintain patient and specimen information logs
+ Provide superior customer service to all patients
+ Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
+ Travel to additional sites when needed

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or GED or equivalent
