About the Role
This is a fixed term part time (0.7FTE) position until 30 June 2028 based in any of our 3 base offices in Benalla/Wangaratta/Wodonga.
The provisional psychologist will work under the supervision of a fully registered psychologist and will:
* Provide psychological support to school-age students to improve student learning and wellbeing.
* Work with other Allied Health professionals to undertake wellbeing interventions that support students and schools.
* Assess student needs, develop case plans and implement appropriate action from a range of accepted options.
* Support teachers in the development of educational programs, particularly in respect to students with additional needs.
* Assist other Allied Health team members to support schools to respond effectively to critical incidents.
