About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Provider Data team. In this role, you’ll ensure provider information is accurate and up‑to‑date, supporting smooth claims processing and reliable communication across our network. This position is fully onsite in Fairfield, CA, and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
 What You’ll Do

+ Update high volumes of provider information, including phone numbers, addresses, and other key data

+ Enter new providers into the system with complete and accurate records

+ Review and correct rejected claims within the HRP (Health Rule Payer) system by fixing provider names, addresses, contact details, and missing provider entries

+ Verify that corrected data flows properly into the claims process

+ Maintain strict accuracy and meet quality and productivity expectations
