Job Description
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting and project coordination.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (written & spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
- Able to manage documents and maintain proper filing system.
- Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing documents and records.
- Support project administration and correspondence.
- Update progress reports.
- Prepare and compile reports.
