Hybrid with 4 days onsite & 1 at home (Will need alignment on which day from home)

Schedule: 7-4/8-5 (1-hour non-billable lunch) may be needed as early as 7 AM depending on business needs

TOP MOST IMPORTANT AND MANDATORY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct propulsion system simulations for Rivian battery packs, including discharge, durability, and charging behavior analysis.


• Track simulation results and identify next-step actions to inform testing and design decisions.


• Profile and manage simulation workload, ensuring smooth handover to future permanent hires for ongoing programs.


• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in battery, EV propulsion, or energy storage system simulation.
