The Role

As a Propositions and Support Officer, you will be responsible for implementing a customer‑centric value proposition for Security Bank’s Business Banking Segment. This role will work on the segment’s branding and acquisition strategies, working closely with sales teams, product and channel owners, and other functional teams across the bank. The PS Officer will also work with the BBS Proposition and Campaign head in managing and improving MSME segment’s customer satisfaction ratings, communication plan, and the end‑to‑end customer journey.
