AT LAVISTA RESIDENCE 2, The inspection of the swimming pool and jacuzzi areas has revealed extensive deterioration of underwater tiles, deck flooring, grouting, and associated systems. Water seepage through damaged tiles and failed grout joints has led to dampness in the pump room walls, while additional issues include a broken inlet pipeline, deteriorated parapet finishes, and aging pool components.

These defects are primarily attributed to prolonged exposure to water and chemicals, combined with insufficient maintenance of waterproofing and joint systems. The current condition poses risks to structural integrity, operational efficiency, safety, and hygiene standards. Comprehensive rehabilitation, including waterproofing replacement, tiling works, pipeline repairs, and system upgrades, is required to restore full functionality and durability.
