Water seepage was identified on the walls of the Management Office at La Vista Residence 3, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates . The issue has resulted in deterioration of internal wall finishes and paint, negatively impacting the aesthetics and condition of the office space.

Based on site inspection, the root cause has been determined as a failure in the waterproofing system of the adjacent washroom, allowing water to migrate through the wall. Immediate rectification is required to prevent further damage and restore the affected areas.

1. Removal of Damaged Finishes

• Remove damaged paints and all affected finishing layers
• Remove any damaged plaster to reach the proper surface
• Cleaning and preparing the surface for repair work
