Key Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and detailed solar PV and BESS system designs
• Interpret client requirements, tender documents, and technical specifications
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for C&I and utility-scale projects
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Perform system sizing, yield analysis, and financial modelling
• Compile BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing structures
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
• Support the sales team during client engagements and presentations
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Optimise designs for cost, efficiency, and performance

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years’ experience in solar PV design and proposals
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and BESS solutions
