Job Purpose
The Property Support Officer supports Town Council operations by ensuring estates remain inspection-ready through structured routine and ad-hoc assessments. The officer identifies defects and prepares condition reports across conservancy, landscape, pest control, and estate infrastructure domains. The role focuses on monitoring, verification, and coordination, without duplicating or replacing the statutory functions of Town Council Property Officers. Key Responsibilities
