Responsibilities

• Market, promote, and sell Cathay Land properties through ads, booth manning, open houses, and participation in various marketing initiatives.
• Provide clients with assistance/updates on prices, inventory, legal and/or documentary requirements, and other related aspects.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective clients, up to after-sales service.
• Build and maintain positive and favorable networks and business relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure future sales.
• Meet sales targets.
• Other Duties — Sales Generation, After-Sales Support and Network Building.
