Property Solicitor - Commercial & Residential - 5+ Years' PQE - Poole. Location: Poole. Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time. Salary: £60,000 - £78,000 (depending on experience). A well established regional practice is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its Poole office, handling a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters. The Role

• Manage a broad and interesting caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Commercial leases, renewals and landlord & tenant matters
• Refinances, transfers of equity and portfolio transactions
• Due diligence, title investigation and reporting on title
