We are looking for a P art-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Shakopee, MN.

*Caretaker unit available rent free!

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
• Answer after-hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
