Job Description
About the role
This is a selling role for a Property Sales Consultant working across residential developments in the Bay of Plenty. You will be helping manage enquiries, buyer follow-up, site visits, open homes, broker introductions, and the wider sales process. You need to get in front of people, build relationships, follow up properly, create momentum, convert buyer interest into signed agreements, and help people understand the pathway into a new home.
Key responsibilities
- Managing buyer enquiries and incoming leads
- Calling and following up prospective purchasers
- Meeting buyers on-site and walking them through available homes
- Helping first-home buyers and investors understand the opportunity
- Supporting buyers through the sales process
- Working with brokers, lawyers, agents and referral partners
