• 1) Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including the following work: A.


• Lawn Maintenance B.
• Debris removal C.
• Lock Changes D.
• Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace 2) Must have own transportation 3) Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc. 4) Meeting client's deadlines 5) Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
