The Property Officer supports the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential strata development. The role focuses on operational support, estate inspections, contractor coordination, and resident service, in accordance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), BCA requirements. Key Job Responsibilities
1. Facilities Operations & Maintenance Support
Conduct routine inspections of common property and report defects or irregularities.
Assist in monitoring daily maintenance activities and common facilities (e.g. carpark, M&E systems, landscaping, cleanliness).
Follow up on rectification works and update maintenance records.
Support implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
