Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of residential properties
Act as main liaison with residents, MCST council members, and vendors
Oversee maintenance works, service contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support arrears management
Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, and statutory requirements
Conduct site inspections and present regular management reports
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
3-5 years of residential property management experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiar with Singapore strata management and regulatory requirements
