Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the IFM Services at the Authority’s office building premises.
  • Supervision of all onsite personnel.
  • Planning and supervision of the Comprehensive Management Program.
  • Formulate maintenance procedures, policies, and facility emergency plans.
  • Promote good relations with the stakeholders, such as the Authority staff, Landlord(s) etc.
  • Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
  • Submit proposal and project management services for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works; Improvements and/or Upgrading works; or Repair and Replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the Authority.
