Basic Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably, Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration or related field)
2. Has at least 5-7 years of working experience as a Property Manager (Preferably with background in handling Residential properties)
3. Expert in report writings
4. With excellent overall presentation skills
5. Strong leadership skills
6. Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
