POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and well-organised Property Manager to lead the day-to-day

operations of an independent residential building in Juhu Scheme, Mumbai. The role encompasses

building operations, tenant coordination, maintenance supervision, staff and vendor management,

accounting administration, concierge support for residents, owner administration, and the coordination

of selected Mumbai Rotary Club activities.
