Purpose

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to lead the conversion, lease-up and ongoing management of a small portfolio located at Mantra Northbourne. This role will manage the property from pre-leasing through stabilisation and into long-term operations, ensuring strong occupancy, resident satisfaction and financial performance.
