Multifamily Property Manager About the Role A growing property manager is seeking a highly organized and proactive Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of three residential properties totaling approximately 81 units in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on, front-line role that requires someone with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed. You will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, manage the full leasing lifecycle, coordinate vendors and work orders, and ensure each property operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is sharp, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling everything from difficult tenant conversations to late-evening emails.
