Comunilife is looking for experience Property Managers for its congregate programs in the Bronx and Brooklyn.Under the management of the VP for Real Estate and Asset Management, the Property Manager will be located at and assigned responsibility for the Property. Property Manager shall collect the rent, and is responsible for all aspects of leasing, lease signing and renewals, rent notices, LIHTC compliance, prepare rental reports; supervise and monitor building operations; and coordinate and communicate with Program Director and staff on Property and facility related issues.
