McCarthy & Stone are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to lead a team of House Managers across Bristol and South Wales, with occasional travel to our Bournemouth office. 

This is fixed term contract for 8 months. 

Hours: 37 per week - Hybrid working with travel to developments in Bristol and South Wales.

Salary: £Competitive per annum, plus benefits, bonus, company car or car allowance

Job purpose: Accountable to the Divisional Director of Operations for managing the efficient and effective performance of our Retirement Living developments (RL's), in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and associated dashboards.
