Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Management and Relations : Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and communications (via email, phone, or messaging apps). Screen and select tenants, conduct background checks, and build positive relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Rent Collection and Financial Management : Collect rent, association dues, and other fees on time. Issue invoices, reminders, and handle delinquent accounts (including payment plans or legal actions like eviction if needed). Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense payments (utilities, maintenance, etc.). Maximize occupancy rates and property income while minimizing losses.
• Property Maintenance and Operations : Coordinate routine and emergency repairs, maintenance, and upgrades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, landscaping, aircon serv...
