A public listed corporation, our client is a global leader in the design, building, and operation of data centers. They are currently looking for a Property Executive to join their growing corporation.

As part of a 4-man team, the Property Executive will be responsible for both financial and operational functions, including the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and contracts, as well as tenant and facilities management. Reporting to the Property Manager, the incumbent will assist to offload the administrative and office management duties such as procurement of office supplies, booking of amenities as well as assisting in the meeting of minutes.
