A growing organization is seeking a Property Management Specialist to support business operations by coordinating property management activities, maintenance requests, vendor communication, and administrative functions. This role serves as a central point of contact for maintenance coordination and helps ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained while supporting dayโtoโday operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and manage property maintenance requests across multiple locations, including logging, prioritizing, tracking, and following up on repairs and service needs
+ Schedule and communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and costโeffective completion of work
+ Monitor open work orders and provide regular status updates to leadership regarding progress, delays, and completion
