High-level summary

• Own core community operations and resident-facing admin for a manufactured housing portfolio using Rent Manager.
• First 6 months focus: ~60% CRM data cleanup, profile backfilling, and record standardization. Transition thereafter into work order dispatch, lease-ups, notices QC, and monthly close support.
• Deliver an empathetic, reliable resident experience through timely communication, strict process discipline, and proactive problem-solving.
