Now Hiring: Property Management Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to join our growing property management / real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and follow up on maintenance requests
- Conduct rent collection calls
- Coordinate with contractors and tenants
- Liaise with municipalities and utility companies
Schedule
Monday–Thurs, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday-9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
