The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and well-regarded property disputes team in Leeds. The successful candidate will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters including disputes relating to landlord and tenant issues, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light. The role offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
