Coordinate closely with the Client
Supervise and ensure delivery of works/services to contract standards
Support the Manager in site supervision and coordination
Maintain site records and update Facility Management system
Assist in work planning and improvement initiatives
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and specialists
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Diploma in Building/Technical/Facilities Management or related fields
Min 3 years relevant experience
Tier 4 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation is an advantage
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Sat Half day Tentatively
Salary: Up to $3500
Location: North area, Depending on site
Able to start work on short notice
