ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Property Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio. This includes marketing, operations, and financial activities.

This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist tenants with their needs and make sure problems are addressed quickly.
• Make sure that services follow rules, agreements, and company standards.
• Visit the property with the team and recommend changes, repairs, and upgrades to the property.
• Assist the team with basic administrative duties. This includes the creation of purchase orders, submitting invoices for payment, and forwarding invoices to accounting. Review and approve vendor invoices to make sure they are correct.
