Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties
- Network with potential clients to build a robust pipeline
- Conduct property viewings and inspections
- Prepare market analysis and provide expert advice on market trends
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction
- Advise clients on legal requirements and financing options
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate investment or the finance sector
- Proven sales background with strong negotiation abilities
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry practices
