As a Property Assessor, you'll be supporting the delivery of warm, dry, and safe homes across New Zealand. Reporting to the Team Leader - Property Assessment, this hands-on role is responsible for conducting residential property assessments, identifying condition-based issues, completing minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and building code standards.
