**Description:**
You will be the Property Analyst Staff for the Property Management team. Our team is responsible for managing all government and Lockheed Martin owned property from acquisition through disposition.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Property Analyst Staff you will be responsible for overseeing the full property lifecycle and ensuring compliance with all policies and contractual requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Conduct physical inventories and collaborate with custodians to maintain accurate records.
+ Support and lead internal and external audits, including DCMA PMSA, AS9100, customer audits, and FIAR‑related reviews.
+ Perform periodic reviews, develop metrics, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
