Property Finder / Acquisition Agent Birmingham - £30k + Commission (£60k OTE). Our client is a specialist Property Buying Business offering a quick sale solution to homeowners looking to sell their property to cash / no chain buyers. The properties bought are either refurbished and rented out as part of a wider portfolio or developed and sold for a profit. Within their Acquisitions team, they are now looking to hire a Property Finder / Property Agent.

Responsibilities

• Working field based, visiting Estate Agencies to establish a network to market the service to
• Answering questions about who the service might suit and how the process works
• Identifying properties that meet the business criteria, attending viewings and then taking steps to approach the seller to market the service if the property is deemed suitable
