Job Description
Description We are looking for a Property Administrator to support daily administrative and bookkeeping operations for commercial and residential properties in Santa Barbara, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing tenant support, financial coordination, and office administration in a fast-paced property management environment. The role will partner closely with property supervisors to keep records organized, communications timely, and property-related processes running smoothly.
