Responsibilities:

+ Maintain lease files, contracts, and tenant documentation

+ Support billing, rent rolls, and accounts coordination

+ Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests

+ Assist with vendor setup and invoice processing

+ Prepare reports and support property management staff

Requirements
Requirements:

+ 1+ years of administrative experience in property management or real estate preferred

+ Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property software experience a plus

+ Effective communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
