We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial or residential property portfolio. This role is responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating tenant communications, maintaining property records, processing invoices, and assisting with lease documentation. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
+ Support day-to-day property management operations for commercial properties, including addressing and resolving tenant-related issues.
+ Serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
+ Utilize Yardi and Nexus software systems to manage property administration tasks and maintain accurate records.
