Property Accountant

for a reputable property management company. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused environment and can manage the full accounting cycle for a diverse property portfolio. What You’ll Do

Handle full-cycle accounting for multiple properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end close. Prepare and analyze financial statements, operating reports, and cash flow projections. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Process payroll and related remittances (experience preferred). Manage HST filings, accruals, and other statutory reporting. Collaborate with management to improve financial controls and reporting processes. What We’re Looking For
