Venture Tech Solutions is seeking a Property Accountant to work closely with our Controller CFO to help manage our real estate portfolio.

The Property Accountant position is located in our corporate office in Plantation, FL. This an in-office position.

Real Estate Controller/Property Accountant Duties

+ Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

+ Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing processes.

+ Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.

+ Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliations regularly to maintain data integrity.

+ Perform financial analysis and cash flow analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
