Property Accountant

CLV Group is seeking a Property Accountant to support accurate and timely financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. This position, ideal for recent accounting graduates, offers hands‑on experience in a high‑volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparing quarterly and annual financial statements for assigned portfolio of properties.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments related to property operations, capital activity and renovations.
• Complete bank reconciliations and other balance‑sheet reconciliations within established timelines.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported.
• Assist with variance analysis and preparation of basic financial summaries for property operations.
